When you run a presence scan we collect the business name and city you enter, and the publicly available information we retrieve about that business. When you book an audit or buy a report we also collect your name, email address, phone number and company name.

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. You can block these in your browser without losing access to the site.

How we use it

To produce your presence index and report, to contact you about a booking or purchase you made, and to improve our benchmarks. Aggregated, anonymised scan data may be used to publish category benchmarks — never in a form that identifies your business without permission.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

Data we process through others

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, messaging and payments. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to admin@devralabsai.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
